- The IP address is incorrect.
Solution : - If you utilize a printer made by Dell, you can follow the step-by-step instructions below :
Configuration of Printer –
- You must navigate the control panel to find the printers and devices.
- You must click on the printer tab and then right-click on the printer's properties tab.
- Navigate to the ports tab.
- Your IP address is now visible to you.
- You must copy it and paste it into the address bar of your browser.
- The printer screen's settings menu will open automatically.
- Select the network or connectivity option.
- You will be able to clearly see the IP address.
- You can select static rather than manual or automatic mode.
- Now, select the save and apply options.
Printing Status –
- Switch off your Dell printer.
- Turn it back on.
- You must simultaneously press the Window key and the I key.
- Select the devices option.
- Choose the Drivers and Printers option.
- Now, click on the green-marked icon and select the printing option.
- If you couldn't find the green mark, choose Set as default printer.
- You must right-click on set as defaulter printer and then select the see what's printing option again.
- You must select the printer tab in the upper left corner.
- You must untick the boxes next to pause printing and use printer offline.
Printer Spooler Service -
- Press the Windows logo and the R key simultaneously.
- Enter "services.msc" and press the enter key.
- You must locate your printer spooler item in the list and check its status.
- If you can't see the status, right-click the printer spooler and press the enter key.
